Tripplanner.nz is a directory website owned by Nection Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand. By using Tripplanner.nz (the “Website”) or publishing a listing, you (the “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Tripplanner.nz is an online, multi-lingual directory website that allows users to view geolocated listings. These listings are submitted by website users, including business and accommodation owners to advertise their services. Attractions can be listed for free, while accommodation and other businesses may feature their services for a monthly fee. All listings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Listings
2.1 Attractions: Anyone may list an attraction for free. An attraction listing may include information such as the attraction’s name, location, description, contact details, and images.
2.2 Accommodation and Business Listings: Accommodation and businesses can list their services for a monthly fee. The fee will only be charged after the listing has been reviewed and approved by Nection Ltd. Payment will continue on a monthly basis until canceled in accordance with the cancellation provisions outlined in Section 5 below. Prices for listings are available on our website.
2.3 Publishing Guidelines: All listings must comply with tripplanner.nz’s guidelines and approval process. Nection Ltd reserves the right to refuse any listings that do not meet the guidelines or standards set forth in this section.
2.4 Link to Third-Party Websites: Accommodation and business listings may include links to third-party websites for booking purposes. Once a listing is approved and the link is established, the link may not be altered or changed by the User.
3. Listing Publication Process
3.1 Approval: All accommodation and business listings are subject to a review and approval process by Nection Ltd. The User will be notified once the listing has been approved.
3.2 Changes to Listings: Once a listing has been approved and published, no changes can be made to the link to the third-party website, as stated above.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Monthly Fee: Accommodation and business listings incur a monthly fee that will be charged via direct debit after the listing has been approved. Nection Ltd will provide a notice of the applicable fee at the time of registration.
4.2 Direct Debit: By publishing a business or accommodation listing, you authorise Nection Ltd to collect payment via direct debit for the applicable monthly fee.
4.3 Billing Cycle: Payments will be automatically deducted each month on the same day as the initial approval, unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation of Listings: Users may cancel their accommodation or business listings at any time by using the contact form below. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
5.2 Refund Policy: Nection Ltd does not offer refunds for any payments made for listings. The fees paid are for services rendered during the active listing period.
6. No Liability for Listings
6.1 Accuracy of Listings: Nection Ltd makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content. Listings are provided “as-is” and Nection Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of or reliance on the listings.
6.2 Services and Attractions: Nection Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for the quality, availability, or any other aspects of the services or attractions listed on the Website. Nection Ltd does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business, accommodation, or attraction listed on Tripplanner.nz.
6.3 Third-Party Websites: Tripplanner.nz may provide links to third-party websites, including for booking or other services. Nection Ltd is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party websites and shall not be liable for any transactions or agreements made through them.
7. User Obligations
7.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when listing on Tripplanner.nz. You must update your listing promptly if any of the information changes.
7.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Tripplanner.nz.
7.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation of Tripplanner.nz or Nection Ltd, including but not limited to: fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities; spamming; or unauthorized use of the Website.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership: All content on Tripplanner.nz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nection Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 9. Modification of Terms Nection Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination Nection Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Website if these Terms are violated. This may include removal of any listings or blocking of access to the platform.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
